I initiated the marma and the biggest thing is to have my health back…to heal my heart and be able to breathe
normally again and get my life back.

I have been ill with chronic illness for 30 years, beginning with lyme disease and other infections.
I got a virus years ago that left my heart with first stage heart block and labored breathing…I breathe
ina labored way just sitting still. I have a lower ejection fraction of the heart, 40, should be 70 and a diagnosis
of myocarditis… I am overweight and cannot lose weight even on limited calorie diet…I have a fullness in my
stomach and believe I am having esophegeal reflux of acid which contributes to my broncial asthma like symptoms.

I am extremely exhausted and believe I still am fighting some lingering infection in my body…want to sleep during the
day. I also have developed diabetes in the last 2 years, am trying to not use insulin right now and just restrict my diet…my blood pressure is up 150/89 and sometimes is lower… My heart skips beats(ectopic) and I have had vitreous detachments in both eyes,
which has left me me wit a large amount of large floaters in both eyes, making it hard to see. I feel disoriented alot and have low growth hormone and testosterone and thyroid.

I get anxious alot and feel depressed. I desperately need to find help…I would appreciate any help you can offer.

Have also digestive bloating prone to ulcers…cracking in my tongue..from midline down in center
